Finalizing the Congressional Logos

Ever since their final sketches were approved a few weeks ago, Karen, Paroma, and Katie have been working on creating their final 3D representations of the congressional logo for Congressman Kennedy. Although school has ended for them, they have been coming in throughout the week to finish up their project.

The logos are about one foot by one foot and created from various 3D materials. Paroma is turning hers into a mosaic, mounted on a silver canvas and lined with metal piping. Karen is creating her logo out of cut wood, which she will then paint her design onto. Katie is using a collage of real materials to fabricate her logo. It will feature a real light bulb and book and sit on a base of painted foam core.

The logos look amazing so far and we are so excited to share them with the Congressman!
