Majors 2 and 3 had the chance to meet up with Fei Wu and Sam Schwamm, a user experience designer at Sapient. We began with a “Website Exploration”, where our class broke up into groups to pinpoint the users of the blog, and came up with how we could facilitate and appeal to these users specifically. The target “users” that we came up with were prospects, parents, current design students, and sponsors. We did this by creating questions in place of the users, and rotated groups to come up with answers. After, each group presented the questions they had come up with and the solutions offered. We then briefly discussed how to combine these solutions with the mindset of helping all of the users.
With the gathered information we are hoping to refine, revise, and ultimately renew the NNHS design blog in the very near future!
