Last week, our team got the opportunity to present our progress to Ann Flannery, the Marketing Director of Legal Sea Foods, and Ida Faber, Director of Marketing Strategy of Legal Sea Foods.
We described our new developments on the different sections of the website and explained a new section we are adding called the cave. We also spoke about our efforts towards making the website accessible to the visually impaired. Each member of the team presented a different section and the ideas specific to their section.
We additionally presented the main concepts that will be consistent throughout the website. These concepts include each section having its own individual color scheme to give it an identity that will separate it from the other sections. We are also assigning each section one or two characters, which were created by the previous Design students. These characters will provide an introduction to their section and explain how to use it.
Afterwards, we held a question and answer session. This, in addition to the presentation, was definitely helpful for all involved. Overall, the meeting allowed our team to flesh out our relationship with Legal Sea Foods. It was a truly valuable experience to present our progress and establish goals for the future of the website. Our next step is to use the feedback we received to rework and finalize our proposal for the website. We can’t wait to get started!
